Training sessions

 

 

 

We run a variety of weekly sessions in swimming, cycling and running, with fully qualified BTF approved Triathlon coaches. The pool programme is coordinated and run by Paul Fowler of 100% Swimming.

All of our regular, weekly sessions are in the table below – watch out for transition training and other seasonal sessions and events on our Facebook page.

Monday              Running           Free     6:30 – 7:30pm
Wednesday        Swimming        £6.50   8:00 – 9:00pm  (5 lanes, coached)
Saturday             Swimming        £5        7:15 – 8:15 am (1 lane, uncoached, set provided)
Sunday                Swimming        £6.50    7:45 – 8:45 am (3 lanes coached)

Sessions can be booked and paid for in advance using the Club Spark system
